The Abett Lockbox empowers employers to take control of their data and achieve better outcomes, lower costs, and less headache for employers and their plan members.
Abett is hiring an analyst for our Lockbox Operations team, to oversee product operations and ensure our customers’ and data partners’ success. In this role, you will:
Collaborate with clients and data partners to build and test data connections and pipelines.
Map data sources to our groundbreaking, industry-first universal data model.
Create and validate mission-critical data reports for clients and data partners.
Engage with Abett's engineering and product teams to improve and enhance the Lockbox platform.
This position will allow you to learn the core functions of Abett's business and processes, and thus may serve as a launchpad into other roles within our organization.
Compensation includes competitive cash salary, a robust benefits plan, and equity options. Abett is based in Seattle, Washington, but we are a fully distributed (remote) organization. Therefore, you can work from anywhere.
An Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and characteristics:
2-3 years of professional Data Analytics experience.
Finds inherent joy in attention to detail and delivering error-free work product.
Experience systematically querying and manipulating data, especially with SQL.
Thinks quickly on their feet and reacts dynamically to changing business requirements.
Comfortable working with sophisticated clients from Fortune 100 employers.
Empathy for our clients and data partners, and a passion for lifelong learning, organization and adaptation.
Collaborative, can-do attitude.
